The next meeting of Marton & Gate
Burton Parish Council is to be held in the main hall at the Village Hall on Monday
6 September 2021 commencing at 7:00pm
AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence.
2. Declarations of Interest. To receive any declarations of interest in
accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to
consider any requests for dispensations in respect of DPIs.
3. Public Forum. Members of the public may speak on any subject but cannot be involved in any
decision making. Any matter raised that requires a decision but is not on this agenda will be
included on the agenda of the next meeting.
4. Notes of the meeting held on 2 August 2021 to be approved as minutes.
5. Planning. To consider current planning applications on West Lindsey
District Council website.
6. Finance. To approve payment for goods and services received
7. Correspondence. For information only at this stage
8. Neighbourhood Plan.
9. Land off Littleborough Lane.
10. Bus Shelter.
11. New seat.
12. New Noticeboard near Cemetery
13. Councillors' reports and items for inclusion on the next agenda:
Councillors are requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters
of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for
future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an
opportunity for debate or decision making.
