4. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 7 FEBRUARY 2022 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.
Cllr Durning proposed and Cllr Patrick seconded that the notes be approved as minutes.

7. CORRESPONDENCE
Crime Report for Gainsborough Rural South and Newsletter.
Quote from Continental Landscapes for £4,921.28 + VAT invoiced in 8 equal amounts of £625.16
All agreed to accept this quote.

Correspondence between Mark Hewitt and Cllrs Ellis and Butroid re the flooding on Trent Port Road. There is now a burst water pipe in the area.
8. LAND OFF LITTLEBOROUGH LANE/QUEEN'S PLATINUM JUBILEE
The form to the Forestry Commission authorising Finch Arboriculture to act as the agent for the Council has been sent off.
Applications for grants towards the cost of the work are being made
9. PARISH OWNED LAND.
LALC had provided information about registering land with The Land Registry. Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Ridley seconded that a solicitor be contacted for advice. Cllr Spence will contact HSR Law.
Old documents were shown to the meeting, including a map dated 1910 and a letter dated 1933 with reference to the repayment of the loan to purchase the cemetery
10.MEMBERS' REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA
There are 2 trees down in the cemetery. Cllr Spence will inspect.
People have been using metal detectors and asked Cllr Ridley if they could use them on the new plot on Littleborough Lane. He advised them not yet.
The Village Hall Committee has asked the Council to contribute towards purchasing souvenir mugs for the Platinum Jubilee. Cllr Spence proposed and Cllr Patrick seconded to donate £500
