4. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 7 March 2022 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.
It was noted that the donation to the Village Hall Committee was subject to the Council receiving the grant from West Lindsey District Council. This item is to be amended.
On that condition, Cllr Durning proposed and Cllr Cody seconded that the notes be approved as minutes.
5.PLANNING
Application Ref No.144605 – Land to the West of 20 Littleborough Lane; application for change of use of vacant land/existing field to SUDS drainage and landscaping in association with outline planning permission 137715 and reserved matters 240912 in respect of the erection of 9 dwellings.
There were no objections but the Planning Authority is to be informed that the drainage dyke between Littleborough Lane and Trent Port Road is is overgrown and unmaintained, resulting in standing water in the dyke which, in turn, could
cause flooding to the new properties if excess water from an attenuation pond needs to be discharged into the dyke.

Anne Emmerson -speed concerns on A1500.
Talkplanning – Local Plan Consultation.
Email from resident - Complaint about someone playing golf on the playing field. This is a matter for the Village Hall Committee but those present were only aware of one person who practises golf on the field and only does so at the edge and not when anyone else is nearby.
Zurich Insurance- it was decided to fix for another 5 years and to let them know about the woodland area, the telephone kiosk and the bus shelters.
Kenmore Design Ltd requesting approval for the new development on Stow Park Road to be named Marton Meadows. There were no objections.
8. LAND OFF LITTLEBOROUGH LANE/QUEEN'S PLATINUM JUBILEE
Finch Arboriculture is to be asked if there is a starting date in mind.
9. PARISH OWNED LAND.
Cllr Spence could not get a response from HSR Law so contacted Burton & Dyson. Cllr Ridley proposed, Cllr Cody seconded, and it was agreed, to engage the services of Burton & Dyson.
The total cost is likely to be £456.00 including VAT.
A payment of £50.00is required on account.
10.MEMBERS' REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA
Cllr Spence has started to clear the fallen trees in the cemetery.
It looks as if two urns have been knocked over and one broken. Discussion took place about who would be responsible for damage to memorials and the consensus of opinion was that family members should have them insured .
A bush has been cut back near Harpham Road in order to paint a fence. It is hoped that the debris does not end up on the Parish owned land.
11. DATE OF NEXT MEETING.
As the first Monday in May is a Bank Holiday, the next meeting which will be the Annual Parish Meeting and has been provisionally scheduled for 9 May 2022 but the Village Hall Committee may be meeting that evening. The Members are to be advised of the confirmed date.
