Minutes of the Meeting held on Monday 5 September 2022.

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.

2.DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST.

3. PUBLIC FORUM.

None.

4. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4 July 2022 to be approved as minutes.

Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Worrell seconded that the notes be approved as a true record.

5.SOLAR FARM UPDATES.

All objections/ comments have now been submitted as the consultation period has now ended. Low Carbon will now submit their application to the Planning Inspectorate in Bristol.

6.CIVILITY AND RESPECT PLEDGE.

 It was unanimously agreed to accept and adopt the Pledge

7. PLANNING.

Application Number145107
18 Stow Park Road, Marton. Application for single storey rear extension and first floor side extension.
This application was previously approved but the time has lapsed.
Granted  with conditions.

Application Number 145144.
Ingleby Arms, 42 High Street, Marton.
Listed building consent for the formation of an open sided timber framed pergola shelter, timber clad pent roof seating pod, wall mounted satellite dish, spot lights & security lights, redecoration of existing painted walls on south & east elevations, and free-standing planter boxes, picket fencing & timber arches.
Refused

Application Number 14479, Warwick House, 68 High Street, Marton
Application to rebuild existing structure with  insulated SIP panels and insulated roof.
No objections.

Balance both accounts at the end July £15,897.78
(includes £3,450 for the bottom of Trent Port Road, £1,735.65 CIL and £2,000 for maintenance of  Platinum Jubilee Wood)

The Council has the option to opt out of the SAAA Central auditor appointment arrangements and appoint its own auditor. It was agreed to stay with the current arrangements ad accept the centrally appointed auditor.

Multidata is now requesting payments to be made by monthly Direct Debit. The setting up of DD arrangements were approved and other regular monthly payments are to be looked at to see if these can also be paid by DD as this would reduce Bank Charges.

9. CORRESPONDENCE

Central Lincolnshire Local Plan – Consultation on addendum to the sustainability appraisal.

Save Lincolnshire's Pollinators Event.

10. PLATINUM JUBILEE WOOD

The previous land owner had made a complaint about the planned work, but nothing more has been heard.

Work has not yet started so Mr Finch is to be asked for an update,

11. SPEED RESTRICTIONS.

The bottom line of the reactive speed sign to the South of Marton is not working This has been reported and was said to be fixed. It will be reported again.

Network Rail is to be contacted concerning the unevenness of Stow Park Crossing.

12. PARISH OWNED LAND.

It is to be remembered that Parish owned documents are still with the solicitor.

13. MEMBERS' REPORTS AND  ITEMS FOR THE NEXT AGENDA

There have been a lot of off road vehicles going down Littleborough Lane.

Shooting has been taking place in a field but if the Landowner has given permission, nothing can be done about it.
