All decisions about the permission or refusal of the solar project are being delayed due to the General Election.

7.PLANNING

There is an application for a battery storage facility near Willingham. This is separate from the solar project applications and it is a matter for West Lindsey District Council to consider, not the Planning Inspectorate. Cllr Spence attended the information event put on by the applicant, and asked a number of probing questions, not all of which were answered satisfactorily.

The Fire Brigade now has a plan if any of these facilities were to combust, it would be to control rather than extinguish a blaze.

Application number 148305

24 Trent Port Road; application to remove conservatory at rear of property and replace with single storey extension. There were no objections.

8.FINANCE

Cheques were signed for: HMRC, Continental Landscapes, G Martin and Anglian Water. The audit will be completed before the next meeting.
