109. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.

110. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST.

None.

 

111. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 3 DECEMBER 2019 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.

Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Musgrave seconded that the notes of the meeting held on 3 December 2019 be approved as minutes.

 

112. REPORTS FROM LAST MEETING.

Cllr Spence has mended the Noticeboard lock.

Appreciation for the Christmas Tree was expressed.

113. PLANNING.

LCC Ref. PL/0182/19. Application to construct a liquid organic waste storage tank, Park Farm, Gainsborough Road, Willingham by Stow. The Parish Council is being consulted as a neighbouring Parish. Concern was expressed about the possible increase of heavy vehicles on Willingham Road, which is already in a poor condition in some areas.

Balance both accounts as of end of December 2019 £15,400.55

(Includes £3450 reserved for land at bottom of Trent Port Road and £1,735.65 CIL)

115. CORRESPONDENCE.

Crime report for Gainsborough Rural South.

WLDC - Notice of Meetings

WLDC – Announcement of new Chief Executive.

LALC – Training Charges.

LALC - Clustering

Mark Hewitt – Flooding on Trent Port Road. The flood water is now encroaching on the properties. LCC Highways, WLDC and TVIDB are all to be contacted to raise awareness of the seriousness of the problem and to urge them to act.

Cllr Jane Ellis is also to be contacted.

 

116. 40 MPH BUFFER ZONE.

Cllr Butroid has given his support.

 

117. LAND OFF LITTLEBOROUGH LANE.

The solicitor has explained that it may not be possible to transfer the unregistered portion of the land. It was agreed to accept only the registered area, without prejudice, if this can be effected within a reasonable time frame. The £2,000 is still required.

 

118. BUS SHELTERS.

The quote for the shelter with 900mm canopy has been received. Cllr Cody proposed, Cllr Patrick seconded, and all agreed to go ahead with both shelters.

Hutchinson are to be contacted for permission to have them delivered direct to them.

 

119. OLD TELEPHONE BOX.

No further update.

 

120. CEMETERY PATH.

Three quotes have now been received. Cllr Durning proposed and Cllr Musgrave seconded and all agreed, that the Hemswell quote be accepted. Cllr Patrick will contact them and arrange a site meeting.

 

121. REPORTS/ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA.

There has been no response yet about the road to the pumping station.

A loose manhole cover on High Street is to be reported.

 

122. NEXT MEETING.

The next meeting is to be held on Tuesday 4 February 2020 commencing at 7.00pm.

 

The meeting closed at 8.20pm.
