138. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST.

139. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4 FEBRUARY 2020 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.

Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Allen seconded that the notes of the meeting held on 4 February 2020 be approved as minutes.

140. REPORTS FROM LAST MEETING.

None

141. PLANNING.

Application No.140689. 24 High Street, Marton; application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an internal alterations and external upgrades to existing residential dwelling. No objections.

Application No. PL/0182/19, Liquid Waste Storage, Willingham By Stow - Granted

Application No.140441, Application for Lawful Development Certificate for change of use of land from agricultural use to equestrian has been withdrawn.

142. FINANCE.

Balance both accounts as of end of January 2020 £9.960.87

(Includes £3450 reserved for land at bottom of Trent Port Road and £1,735.65 CIL)

143. CORRESPONDENCE.

Crime report for Gainsborough Rural South.

WLDC – New Parish Charter. This will be discussed at the next meeting.

WLDC – Tree Planting

LALC – Key Services Event

WLDC – Co-Option of new member. As WLDC has stated that there has been no demand for an election and that a new member can be co-opted, and that Mrs Sheila Bowler had put her name forward and was present, it was unanimously agreed that Mrs Bowler should become the new member.

144. 40 MPH BUFFER ZONE.

Nothing to report.

 

145. LAND OFF LITTLEBOROUGH LANE.

The £2,000 is expected from WLDC but has not yet been received. Decisions about the trees and what other work needs to be done on the land, including the access, will be made over the summer.

The money will be spent on this work.

146. BUS SHELTERS.

All the information has now been received and the shelters are to be ordered. Delivery will be to the Black Swan.

 

147. OLD TELEPHONE BOX.

The connection to the electricity supply is being looked into

 

148. FLOODING ON TRENT PORT ROAD.

Discussion again took place about flooding on Trent Port Road and other areas. LCC is to be asked to clear all the gullies in both villages

 

149. REPORTS/ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA.

Fence panels have come down at the end of Harpham Road. These belong to Sanctuary Housing.

The next meeting is to be held on Tuesday 7 April 2020 commencing at 7.00pm.
