123. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.

124. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST.
None.
125. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 7 JANUARY 2020 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.
Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Allen seconded that the notes of the meeting held on 7 January 2020 be approved as minutes.
126. REPORTS FROM LAST MEETING.
Colin Butcher has cut back the hedges.
The football pitch was discussed.
Cllrs Ellis and Butroid are being supportive in trying to find a solution to the flooding on Trent Port Road. Highways will be sending a jetting machine and a gully tank when these vehicles are available.
127. PLANNING.
Application No.140441, application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an Existing Use or Operation (change of use from agricultural to equine grazing) Land off High Street, Marton. No objections.
Application No.140519, 5 Littleborough Lane, Marton, application for rear extension. No objections.
128. FINANCE.
Balance both accounts as of end of January 2020 £15,248.71
(Includes £3450 reserved for land at bottom of Trent Port Road and £1,735.65 CIL)

129. CORRESPONDENCE.
Crime report for Gainsborough Rural South.
WLDC – SCRAP, campaign to stop fly tipping
WLDC – Councillor training.
Knaith PC – Reduction of speed on A156. Support will be offered.
LCC Highways – grass cutting agreement for 2020/21. This was signed.
Continental Landscapes – Quote for next year. All agreed to accept.
130. 40 MPH BUFFER ZONE.
Knaith PC will be contacted.

131. LAND OFF LITTLEBOROUGH LANE.
The Land Registry documents were signed and witnessed.
When the trandfer of the land is complete, the trees will be surveyed, an entrance will be created and the land will be included in the regular grass cutting schedule.
132. BUS SHELTERS.
Any underground services need to be identified.
Cllr John Patrick is willing to have the shelters delivered to his address
133. OLD TELEPHONE BOX.
No further update.
134. CEMETERY PATH.
The cemetery path has now been repaired and extended to the end of the site.
135. REPORTS/ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA.
A local resident picks up litter from the river area and puts the bags of rubbish by Bob's seat for collection. He has requested more bin bags. Cllr Musgrave will see to this.
The surface of Clay Lane is crumbling in places. The road at Gate Burton is always wet. Cllr Worrell is to continue to monitor the situation.

The next meeting is to be held on Tuesday 3 March 2020 commencing at 7.00pm.
