                       2.DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS' INTERESTS. None
 
                       3.PUBLIC FORUM: The  traffic speed indicator on A156
                        south end of village is faulty clerk to report, A request was
                        made hat the mobile post office should be present in
                        Marton  Cllr Pilgrim stated it stoped in Torksey and he
                        would visithe van and obtain details which would be
                        passed on to the clerk. Agenda

        5. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 6th October  were signed as a true record. Proposed Cllr C Durning seconded Cllr N Cody.
 
 
6.REPORTS ON MATTERS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS:
Cllr R Pilgrim advised he had no update regarding the highways issues. .
Cllr Spence advised the land owned by the parish council which was being offered for sale as part of the late Mr D Tindale's estate has now been sorted, Cllr Cody stated the land should be registered in the name of the parish council Cllr Spence stated he would start proceedings. No additional poppies or silhouettes have been purchased for the village for Rememberance day. The Methodist hall have agreed that the Christmas tree can be placed in the usual place. The IT policy was agreed proposed Cllr Cody seconded Cllr P Kent. A precept of £17,000 estimate is to be put forward and £1000,00 for election expenses. It was agreed Clerk to contact Parish online to set up the new email address.
 
 
7. PLANNING: None
 
         8. Finance: Agreed to approve payment for Krinkels UK £973.44 Wave
            £21.96, Cllr S Spence £ 40.00 clerk £279.41 HMRC £49.80 Cllr Cody stated he had been
            notified by Unity Trust Bank that income on the bank statement would no longer give the
            details currently provided.
 
9. Purchase of parish council filing cabinet: It was agreed to purchase a four draw Bisley cabinet  for the meeting room,clerk to arrange
 
10. Correspondence: None
 
11. Coronation Wood: Grass cutting is ongoing and general   tidying up,
 
12. AOB: N Cody asked that the bus shelter have a live update clerk to investigate, A discussion took place on the fence on the land at Trent Port Road, wooden fence could be removed.
