1 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE: Cllr C Durning Cllr G Worrell Cllr R Pilgrim
2.DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS' INTERESTS. None
3.PUBLIC FORUM: C Clarkson read a letter regarding the re-opening of the Marton doctors surgery which had been written by Dr Lane Which stated that it is hoped to open the surgery for one day a week in the near future.
4. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 12th May signed as a true record.
5. REPORTS ON MATTERS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS:
Cllr Cody updated the meeting on his progress with the application
to open an account with Unity Trust Bank and it is hoped the account will open within 7 days once the application is completed.
Cheque books had been received from HSBC. The problem with the railings has been passed to the Highways officer who will asses and advise the PC accordingly. Cllt Cody recommended following an advert in the local paper regarding the late Mr Tindale's estate that the PC write to the solicitor advising with the death of Mr Tindale the field rented from the PC by Mr Tindale is reclaimed by the PC and any property of the late Mr Tindale is to be removed from the field.
6. PROPOSED SOLAR PARKS. Cllr Spence requested this item now be removed from the agenda
7. PLANNING. None
8. Finance: The clerk reported on the AGAR form an internal audit will now be completed before the form is submitted. Cheques were signed for Krinkels £540.00 HMRC £47.40 clerks salary + expenses stamps and pocket folder £200.35 Jewson £774.96
9. Coirrespondence: None received
10 PARISH COUNCILLOR VACANCIES. An advert was agreed which will be uploaded to the website and placed on the notice boards applications will be open until 25th August 2025.
11. CORONATION WOOD; Cllr Ridley reported Mr Porter will have limited availability over the coming weeks to maintain the site. 10 further bags of woodchip are to be ordered at a cost of £774.96. With the recent rain the grass is growing, dishwasher salt has been put on the weeds on areas were people don't walk. Cllr Cody queried the effect this may have on any wildlife.
12. Clerk will be on a/l for a week commencing 16th June.
