4. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 3rd February signed as a true record.
5. REPORTS ON MATTERS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS:
The school car park now appears to be finished but there is no update on the crossing, clerk to persue installation of Microsoft 365.
Further problems with online banking clerk still unable to access both Cllr Durning and clerk experience problems when contacting the bank by phone. There seem to be no brances that deal with business banking locally.
The road sign is now in place for Sarah's Mews.
6. PROPOSED SOLAR PARKS. There is a rally in Lincoln on March 15th to protest against the solar farms.
7. PLANNING. None ( see 11)
8. Finance: Cheques were signed for £207.69 clerks salary HMRC £29.60 LALC £259.24. Clerk advised current balance in the bank was £8,469.52
9. CEMETRY. Councillors agreed regulations and new charges will be implemented from April 2025 and uploaded on the website. A discussion took place on the current cemetry plan and it was agreed this was in need of updating, clerk to contact ICCM for advice.It was also agreed that anyone wishing to reserve a burial plot would be offered next available plot and would not be able to choose a plot anywhere in the cemetery.
New burial book to be purchased.
10. CORRESPONDENCE. Letter from D Brown regarding reserving a cremation plot. Letter from P Yeo regarding proposed 14 new dwellings land off Stow Park Road.
11. WLDC PROPOSED BUS STOP CLEARWAY: Comment to be submitted re the bus stop on the north side will it be reinstated with a raised plynth.
Cllr Cody requested WLDC be advised the planning portal was now difficult to navigate
12. CORONATION WOOD. Cllr Ridley advised grass cutting would commence end of March although this was weather dependent, further trees to be removed and replaced with shrubs. No sign of the bulbs that were planted coming up. At some point Steve should be written to and thanked for all the voluntary work he is doing.

There is Councillor a vacancy following a resignation advert to be discussed at the next meeting.
Cllr Cody suggested Clerk to request Krinkels UK supply before and after pictures of work when presenting invoices for payment.
