Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting held on Saturday 6 November 2021 to discuss the bus shelters.

All Council Members had previously been sent a copy of the estimate of £2,400 received from N Sutton Construction for labour and materials to erect both bus shelters. The purpose of this meeting was to decide whether or not to go ahead.
Information from Saxilby Parish Council and prices for putting up this particular shelter found on the internet shows the estimated cost to be acceptable.
Cllr Patrick proposed, Cllr Pearson seconded, and all present plus Cllr Musgrave who had responded by email, agreed, that N Sutton Construction be asked to put up both shelters.
The Precept was also discussed.
Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Allen seconded, and it was agreed, that the precept be increased by £1,000 to £10,500
