4. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 6 SEPT 2021 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.
Cllr Cody proposed and Cllr Allen seconded that the notes be approved as a true record of the meeting.
5.PLANNING.
Application Ref No. 143729 Coach House Cottage, Gate Burton. Listed Building consent to change kitchen layout including re- instating original opening, reducing size of existing entryway into pantry and installing new door into new cloakroom.
No objections
6. FINANCE.
Balance both accounts at the end of August 2021 £14,947.96
(Includes £3450 for the land at the bottom of Trent Port Road, £1,735.65 CIL and £2,000 for maintenance of the land off Littleborough Lane.

7. CORRESPONDENCE
Gainsborough Rural South - Crime Report
LALC – Website Management Service, Service level agreement .
Correspondence between Cllr Richard Butroid and Mark Hewitt regarding the flooding on Trent Port Road. Highways is to be contacted to ask when the agreed remedial work will take place.
Message from Cllr Nick Pearson regarding complaints about the new road surface on Trent View, Adams Way and Spafford Close. Highways is to be informed of this.
8. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN.
No further action
9.LAND OFF LITTLEBOROUGH LANE.
Finch Arboriculture will commence the work on the trees soon. When this has been done, another site meeting will be held to discuss future work. Appreciation was expressed to those who cleared the ivy from the trees along Littleborough Lane.
Other overgrown vegetation along Littleborough Lane has died back so it is no longer necessary to have it cut back.
10. BUS SHELTER.
The manufacturer of the bus shelter has agreed to reimburse the Council for the cost of the repair.
The meeting has not yet been arranged. Cllr Butroid is to be contacted to see if he can help speed up the process

14. CEMETERY FEES.
The conditions to qualify for the lower fees was defined as having been born in Marton or having been a resident for at least 5 years.
15. COUNCILLORS' REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR THE NEXT AGENDA.
Cllr Spence has spoken to the Land Registry about registering Council the ownership of the cemetery. No deeds are in existence but Cllr Spence has found reference to the purchase of the land in the minutes of 23 September 1908. This minute book and other documents were in a chest that had been in the care of Mrs Doris Kitchenson. A new storage place is now needed.
It would be necessary to employ a solicitor in order to register the cemetery and the Parish field as property of the Council.
The proposals for the building of a solar farm in Marton was discussed. Cllr Ellis assured the meeting that consultations will take place before final decisions are made, giving local communities the opportunity to make the developers aware of any local land marks, special features, and so on. Good quality agricultural land will not be used.
