Explanation for additional cheque for Multidata;

The cheque for February has gone missing between its arrival at Multidata and their bank. As the PC would have had to pay for the cheque to be cancelled, it was agreed to send a replacement on the understanding that the amount paid would be credited to the PC if the original cheque is found whilst it is still valid or returned to us to be destroyed if it is out of date. All cheques are crossed so it is unlikely there will a problem.

It was agreed virtually on 8 March 2021 to affirm that three signatures will be continue to be required on cheques.

The bank mandate has been updated and the following are signatories:

Stephen Spence

Neil Cody

Christine Durning

Lorraine Musgrave

Gill Worrell.

2. BUS SHELTERS.

Lincolnshire County Council has offered a grant towards the bus shelter on the West side of High Street, i.e for travel towards Gainsborough.

As Hutchinsons Builders are now unable to install the shelter, Shelter Maintenance Ltd has been contacted to do the work. However, regulations have changed in that there must be a minimum clearance for pedestrians, wheelchair users, and so on to pass the shelter. As the shelters that have been purchased have sides, there would be insufficient clearance.

A way round this issue is being sought.
