A quote has been received from Springwood Tree Services Ltd for felling two sycamore trees, removing all existing large sections of timber, grinding out stumps, brush cut or flail mow whole area including brambles, re woodchip path and make entrance level and remove piles of old fencing, for the sum of £3,750 plus VAT of £750 gross total £4,500. This will be accepted if it is the cheaper of the two quotes Cllr Ridley will contact the other contractors for their quote.

10.   CORRESPONDENCE

Cllr Butroid has sent a copy of a map of the properties in Gate Burton , explaining that the area does not meet the criteria for a speed reduction because the density of properties is low. This left the Members wondering what the criteria was for the speed limit to the south of Marton to be reduced to 50 MPH
