133. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS AND REPORTS.
Cllr Spence bought and put up the Christmas tree as usual, with the help of his son. The old lights no longer worked so new ones were purchased. Everyone was happy with this.
A quote for £720 +VAT has been received from Continental Landscapes for removing the branches that are overhanging the church and for tree work in the cemetery. All agreed that this be accepted.

136. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4 DECEMBER 2018 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.
Cllr Durning proposed and Cllr Worrell seconded that the notes of the meeting held 4 December 2018 be approved as minutes.

138. PLANNING.
LCC Ref No. PL/0130/18 Construction of liquid fertilizer storage lagoon, Willingham by Stow. No objections.
139. FINANCE.
Balance both accounts as of end of September 2018 £15,143.53
(Includes £3450 reserved for land at bottom of Trent Port Road.)

140. CORRESPONDENCE
Crime Report for Gainsborough Rural South.
Resident email – report of cat trapping. Concern was expressed over this issue.
WLDC – Election briefing session.
141. HARPHAM ROAD.
Cllr Spence will contact WLDC for update.
142 . 40 MPH BUFFER ZONE & 30 MPH SIGNS.
Cllr Cody has put up the passive speed reminder signs.
143. BUS SHELTER.
The application forms for permission to erect bus shelter has been completed by Cllr Spence and a reply is now being awaited.
144. VILLAGE SIGNS.
Nothing to report.
145. OLD TELEPHONE BOX.

146. WAR MEMORIAL
Barningham Memorials have quoted for the work and this figure will be used on the application for a grant.
147. FLOODING, TRENT PORT ROAD.
This was discussed again and sympathy expressed for local residents. Concern was expressed that if this Council was to clear the dyke it could set a precedent.
TVIDB has been contacted again for advice.
148. REPORTS/ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA.
The speed indicator sign at the North end of Marton appears to be tilting and the concrete around the base is breaking up. This is to reported to LCC.
149. NEXT MEETING.
The next meeting is to be held on Tuesday 5 February 2019 commencing at 7.00pm.
The meeting closed at 7.45pm.
