Correspondence from the Solicitor was read to the meeting.

There will need to be access to the land from Littleborough Lane, which is owned by Lincolnshire County Council. Uneven ground levels due to an old dyke will have to be overcome and a gate or some sort of barrier may be needed to prevent unauthorised vehicular access.

89. BUS SHELTERS.

There may not be enough funds for grants towards both shelters so it was decided that an application be made this year for the shelter for the northbound side and for the south bound next year if more funds become available.

Cllr Patrick has offered that the southbound shelter be located by the boundary wall to his property so that the access to the Old Courtyard will be kept clear when buses stop.

Cllrs Spence and Patrick will meet to determine the exact locations.

The application for the grant is to be made.

It was agreed to ask Hutchinsons builders to install the shelter.
