35. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS.
The Central Lincolnshire Local Plan is being reviewed due to policy changes, all agreed to ask for a review of the Travellers' Site.
36. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.

37. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST.
None.
38. NOTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 4 JUNE 2019 TO BE APPROVED AS MINUTES.
Cllr N Cody proposed and Cllr M Allen seconded that the notes of the meeting held 4 June 2019 be approved as minutes.
39. PLANNING.
Application No.139585; 44 High Street. Application to erect conservatory and replace existing rear window with a door.
No objections.
40. FINANCE.
Balance both accounts as of end of June 2019 £21,333.04
(Includes £3450 reserved for land at bottom of Trent Port Road and £1,735.65 CIL)

41. CORRESPONDENCE
Crime Report for Gainsborough Rural South.
LALC – New Funding
Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Review

HARPHAM ROAD.
The application to the court for the land to be transferred to the Parish Council has been successful, together with £2,000 towards future maintenance.
Legal services at Lincolnshire County Council is to act on our behalf.
Cllrs Spence and Durning agreed to act as signatories.
43. 40 MPH BUFFER ZONE .
Extra 30 MPH speed reminder signs are to be ordered.
44. BUS SHELTER.
Cllrs Spence and Patrick met with officers from the County Council and the bus shelter and new base can now be ordered.
LCC has no objections to cantilever bus shelters on High Street. This will be discussed at the next meeting.
45. VILLAGE SIGNS.
There was further discussion.
46. OLD TELEPHONE BOX.
A draft for the panel inside the box was viewed. Prices will be available for the next
meeting.
47. CEMETERY PATH.
LCC Highways are unable to do the work on the paths. It may be possible to repair some of the path instead of laying a totally new one. Cllr Patrick is to obtain prices from contractors.
48. PLAY PARK.
It was agreed that Five x 5kg bags of rubber chippings be purchased for the play are
and that this should come from the general funds and not the CIL.
49. REPORTS/ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA.
The defibrillator looks as if it as been used. Cllr Patrick is to contact LIVES, he has a
spare battery.
There were concerns about the quality of the new surface dressing on local roads and
this is to be reported.
50. NEXT MEETING.
The next meeting is to be held on Tuesday 1 October 2019 commencing at 7.00pm.
The meeting closed at 8.30pm.
